Can you please help me prepare for a business presentation tomorrow?

Its a business presentation on organic produce and its main theme is product positioning. I have to speak for at least one minute but I have half of it done and do not know what else to say. I have so far…

Brand positioning is the distinctive position that a brand adopts in its competitive environment. Its role is to ensure that individuals in the intended target market can tell the brand apart from the others. For example, organic produce has established an image which conveys that it is safer and more nutritious than conventionally grown foods. Every element of the communication mix including advertising and word of mouth has been carefully manipulated to establish this image.

I’ve read that the claims for organic foods being healthier are actually unwarranted but I do not want to ramble on and not catch anyone’s interest.

Answer
Organic produce has it’s own brand positioning. It is the distinctive position that all brands attempt to adopt in its own competitive environment. The organic produce role: being to ensure that individuals in the intended target market can tell the brand, identify it by recognition and distinguish the benefits of its own perceived value both for health and monetarily. Apart from all others, that brand positioning is what separates the jump off the shelf and stagnant produce in stores. For example, organic foods has established an image which conveys that it is safer and more nutritious than conventionally grown foods. Remember the tomato scare not so long ago? The tomatoes that were not quarantined were the organics. Also before that scare, remember the whole spinach crisis where products nationally were taken off the shelves? The organics were still being sold. Market recognition right then pushed the defining truth even further as new shoppers found the little higher price, very little by difference when thinking about their own families health. Every element of the communication mix, including advertising, world news and word of mouth has been carefully manipulated and shown to establish organic produces branding position nothing but a positive image.

What brand of power head and how many in 20g saltwater aquarium?

what brand and how many? also, where should I position it/ them

Answer
well for saltwater tanks you should have atleast 10 times the volume of the tank per hour, a 20 gallong tank would need atleast a 200 gallon per hour turnover rate, there are many brands of powerheads that have 200gph rating some filters even have that, so in those cases a powerhead may not be needed. the positioning depends on what you got in the tank if you have any corals they will want some of that flow to pass over them.

What does it mean to become face of some brand? Like French Connection?

I searched about it but couldn’t find.Maybe it’s very common, but will please anyone write in detail. Does it mean to hire a person as the brand representative or model, or does it mean that a person wins a special position among other models, I don’t know.

Answer
you are basically the poster girl (or boy, i guess) of that brand. it means what you said – this person is the brand representative or model. i am not sure if they win a special position among other models, but i imagine so, since it’s a very prestigious thing.

& it is very common. for example, Gisele Bundchen is the face of True Religion, meaning she was featured in all the spring ads for True Religion Brand Jeans.
