Proven Method To Profit By Positioning You And Your Brand Effectively

How Small Business Coaching Works

Each month, we'll speak together on the phone 4 times.  Because coaching is done over the telephone, it doesn't matter where you live or work.  In fact, I have clients from Seattle, Denver, Chicago, Atlanta,  Philadelphia, and New York!

In each session, we'll focus on one or more areas in your business life where you'd like to unlock your potential.  I am equipped with tools and assessments to help you discover:

  • where you want to go?

  • what's blocking you?

  • how to create your future?

Just as you commit to a weekly schedule, I commit to first getting to know you and then giving you personal attention for your specific situation, goals and dreams.

What is the coaching relationship?

Our relationship is a supportive partnership.  The relationship between the coach and the client is the key.  I am here to support and encourage you to create a plan and remove roadblocks one at a time.  Together, we help you move rapidly and successfully towards your goals.

What is the difference between coaching and psychotherapy?

Coaching is about moving towards your goals and dreams.  Coaching is about creating the life and business you want and deserve.  We don't focus on healing emotional pains or past emotional trauma as a regular part of coaching, which is the focus of psychotherapy. We expect that you are capable of expressing and handling your emotions.  This is not to say that we ignore your emotions during coaching sessions...but healing emotional pain is not the primary focus of coaching, it's about action, because that is primarily what gives you positive results, that motivate and develop a winning cycle for you -  the flywheel effect.

What about homework?

Oh, yes, there's always homework!  Our weekly telephone conversations are amazingly powerful, but focusing on your goals once a week isn't going to move you forward.  Each week you'll pick specific action goals and assignments to do during the upcoming week, something that will offer both deep understanding and action towards your goals.

Is there an overall coaching plan?

Our weekly sessions are only one part of your customized Coaching Action Plan.  You also get access to our software, UPP, USP, UCC and Ideation programs. Of course there are also worksheets and assessments, and unlimited short emails between session appointments.  If you have an Win or a Loss you'd like to share, I'm here for you!

What is the commitment required?

Success experts agree: In order for you to create new habits and make lasting change in your life, a commitment of time is necessary.  Coaching sessions are booked in 1-month increments.  If you're really committed to your own dreams, then you'll be committed to investing two months of your time to seriously working towards them, to see effective change that will last.

Is coaching confidential?

As your coach, I will maintain full client confidentiality to the full extent allowed by law.  I honor the client’s confidence, and never discuss our coaching sessions with others.  Both parties agree to a foundation of honesty, integrity, trust and respect. Your ultimate well-being is the central focus of the coaching relationship.
