How rapidly are you executing?
My educated guess is that you could be doing much more, and executing faster.
How do I know this? I have a handful of clients who have invested top dollar to benefit from my business coaching. I meet with them each week and give them precise, specific strategies including the detailed what, where, and how of what they need to do next.
Some of them do take action but the vast majority of them don’t really do a lot with the specific, actionable steps I give them. And I know that since these people who are investing top dollar, are not fully utilizing this vital knowledge and skills I am sharing with them, then most likely you are not either.
So here’s my challenge to you:
Many of you write and ask for step by step guidance to build your
businesses. Yet, for the most part, many of you focus on just gathering information, believing it will help you by osmosis. It's a myth!
Knowledge does not create results! ONLY ACTION DOES! ACTION, ACTION. ACTION.
So when I ask you, “how rapidly are you executing?”- this is a powerful distinction. Your speed of execution is directly tied to how quickly your business will grow and how fast you will create cash flow and succeed in your business.
If you aren’t doing everything you can do, that’s the first place to ramp up.
But if you’ve exhausted all your knowledge, and you don’t know what to do next, then that’s the best time to hire a business mentor. But remember, just hiring a business mentor is not enough. You must learn from them to execute.
Jesus got it right when he gave the Great Commission to his disciples, saying "Go ye into all the world, and make disciples, teaching them to OBEY..." - Obey is action, not belief, not truth, not knowledge, or even attitude or skill, it is specific ACTION.
