How do get rid of rattling sound in brand new bathroom exhaust fan?

I just installed a brand new Broan bathroom exhaust fan and it makes a loud rattling sound. I took down the unit and when I turn it to its side or upside down, the rattling goes away. It only makes the sound when in the normal operating position. I tried adjusting some screws that are attached to the motor, but was not successful. Is this a defect and should I just return it?

Why would a brand new samsung 42″ tv have a 4″ black bar on the bottom of the screen?

I adjusted aspect ration to 16:9, screen positioning etc. It appears on every channel, hd works and his carrier is Comcast. It’s connected by hdmi.
It’s a plasma.

How do I start my Brand New 49ccPocket Bike?

Hello, I have purchased a pocket bike that runs on gas. ( brand is Giovanni)

I cannot get it to start. The instruction manual is crap. Can’t understand the english on it and visuals are not the same.

It says to switch the choke to position “C”. Where can I find this “choke’

And It says to turn ON the petrol valve… Where can I do this>?

Please help!
